At First Patient Care Clinic (FPCC), your primary care is our primary focus. Our practice provides services to both adults and children. We pride ourselves on providing every patient the resources and information they need to make informed decisions about their health. We will do our best to work with you in proactively monitoring your health to help prevent future health problems. Our providers have over a decade of experience dealing with issues such as hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure, etc. We look forward to providing you with a personalized, comprehensive health plan focusing on wellness and prevention. We firmly believe, and our experience has shown it to be true, that quality treatment and attention lead to better health overall. We will do our best to provide you with same-day office visits and accept walk-ins for first available slots for all sick visits. Our practice services a multi-ethnic community and we value the diversity that our patients bring. To ensure clear communication, we speak multiple languages such as English, Haitian Creole, Spanish, and French. To better accommodate our patient's, our office is open 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
